Home is undergoing a complete renovation and being transformed from a duplex to a 5 bed 2.5 bath house. Photos are of a similar home up the street that we have recently completed. Home will be ready for 25-26 school year for move in date of August 10th.

We will conduct tours of the home in the pictures so you can get a general idea of what the inside will be like when it’s finished. Stainless Steel appliances, large island, LVP flooring & more. Home has a large front porch and an additional balcony upstairs, nice large backyard, long driveway to fit about 3 cars additional parking will be in the street.

Tenants will pay all utilities. Rent:  $650 per bedroom Deposit: $650 per bedroom.

To schedule a tour we do require a completed online application $15. You will need to attach 3 current paystubs or bank statements and a photo ID. If you are using a cosigner, you will add them as your co-applicant on your application and have them add their income documents as well as their photo ID. Once this is received we will reach out to schedule a tour. After your tour if you wish to proceed we will send a background screening over for approval.
