Welcome to your 4 bedroom apartment, just a short walk or drive away from UC Campus! Each room will be paid by bedroom as one lease. Total monthly payment for all will be $2400. Each tenant will pay $62.50 a month for utilities which include all utilities besides WIFI. Free washers/dryers in the basement. Unit 3 upstairs has 2 bedrooms and will be an additional $50 on the lease per month. Balcony and a nice outdoor space. Subleasing is welcome.

Please fill out an online application- $15. Each student will need to do this separately and let us know the names of each person in your group. If you have a co-signer you may add them to your personal application as a co-applicant. Please be sure to attach 3 current paystubs and a photo ID under the attachment section. Once received we will reach out to schedule a tour.
